SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERY OF CONSIGNMENTS:

Prior to February 4^th,  the only consignments we can receive at the sale site will be large lot Items, by appointment.
Note, there will not be any security provided before February 4^th.

Beginning on February 4^th, we can receive consignments from 9:00AM until dark, but we would like most consignments to arrive by 5:00PM. There will be a club member on site, round the clock, from 9:00AM,
 Friday February 4^th until 5:00PM, Monday February 13^th.

There will be one, or two medium sized tractors with loaders on site from February 4^th thru February 13^th.
These will be used to locate consignments and load after the sale.

Categories for location on site will be:
Tractors, Engines, Farm Equipment, Misc Equipment, Cars and Light Trucks, Campers and Large Trucks, and Miscellaneous (everything else)
Many consignment sheets will be filled out in advance but will not have a consignment number. Consignment numbers and completion of consignment sheets will be done at the auction site.

SUMMARY:

Prior to February 4^th  = Consignments by appointment, No personnel on site

Saturday, February 4^th thru Friday, February 10^th  = Receiving consignments all day

24 hour coverage by club members from February 4^th thru February 13^th.

Saturday, February 11^th = No consignments, AUCTION AT 10:00AM, Loading after.

Sunday, February 12^th = Loading till 5:00PM

Monday, February 13^th = Loading till site is empty

Tuesday February 14^th = All items need to be at their new homes. No personnel on site.
