REAL ESTATE BROKER PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS:    
                  1 Broker/Realtor Must Pre-register with bidder at Real Estate inspection and auction.
                  2 Broker/Realtor Must Attend an Real Estate inspection with bidder.
                  3 Broker/Realtor Must Attend the Auction with bidder.
                  4 If bidders high bid is accepted by seller and Closing is completed by seller
                       and buyer Broker/Realtor will receive a commission for his/her assistance.
